Internet Banking Log-on Update

CIBC FirstCaribbean updates customer security.
The safety of our customers’ information remains a priority of CIBC FirstCaribbean. To ensure continued security against possible threats we are enhancing the security features of our Internet Banking platform.
Beginning September 2011, the locations where you access Internet Banking will be logged by CIBC FirstCaribbean. Consequently if you log-on to Internet Banking from a new location you will be prompted to answer one of your existing security questions, so we can ensure that you are the person logging into your account.
You are not required to take any action at this time, however, to ensure that you are familiar with your current security questions and memorable word you will see the following screen requesting you to update your information if you wish to.
